Each set comes with 15 wings, plus a sheet of double-sided adhesive you’ll need to apply before handing them out. If you’d rather not mess with the prep, you can upgrade and have a Plumber preinstall the adhesive—so all the kids (or you) have to do is peel the backing off and wear them proudly.
